After twenty years of planning and design, the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania skyline is now home to a new U.S. Federal Courthouse which has changed the face of Harrisburg’s downtown and is part of the ongoing Mid-town redevelopment that will continue for years to come. The courthouse was named after the first woman appointed Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, who was later named the first female Chief Judge of the Middle District.
