The Willows at Forest Drive

The Willows at Forest Drive is a newly built community hosting three buildings located in Annapolis, Maryland. The affordable family rental community offers a variety of 1, 2, & 3-bedroom apartments in Anne Arundel County. Reeb Building Systems supplied lumber, floor trusses, roof trusses and stairs, and framed the three buildings from the ground up. The 58 units offer open floor plans, with in-unit washer & dryers and include patios and balconies.

The project was developed by Ingerman Construction in partnership with the nonprofit Housing Initiative Partnership Inc. (HIP) of Prince George’s County. The community is located close to several restaurants, a grocery store, CVS pharmacy, a beauty salon, a school and several places of worship.


Reeb Building Systems was responsible for the complete framing package including exterior balconies, exterior door and window installation and exterior building wrap and delivered the three fully completed, structurally sound, and dried-in buildings on time and within budget.
